Subject: For the animals every day is a ‘Good Friday’
“Easter triumph of Love, Pessach holy …”
Easter is coming in a few days, like every year.
And it is always accompanied by some thousands of tons of blood and flesh of massacred animals creatures, so that we do not forget a bloodthirsty tradition which although is not ours, anyway and because of our insatiable oral lust, even unites us with all religions, when it comes to the tasteful treats of animal corpses.
“Easter! day of joy and love, corpse eaters of all countries, unite! “
May be, in no other holiday season do we find such shocking and inhuman expressions as in the “celebration of Love”: “milk lamb, with neat tender meat like butter, from free country attitude, 3 euros a kilo”!
And while they are almost all busy finding the best corpse at the best price to sign an outdated religious tradition with the blood dripping from the mouth of the contract obedience, some others are standing at the opposite, and thinking with disgust: “I could puke”.
Not just some sensitive philosophies, some reactionary.
The advanced are these, the innovators, some ethically developed people, the deniers of violence, pain, animal crime, – those who do not participate in the circus of Easter bloodshed this day.
Easter Lamb – Take Your Choice !
To them I address today my message!
Do not waste indignation and anger on the empath less people, the unworthy, the barbarian.
Do not give up your principles, because you are afraid to be excluded from the festive table.
It is not your duty to give a “logical” answer as to why you are not eating the same as the corpse eaters at Easter.
We are not the ones who have to explain why we are not murdering, why we do not torture, why we do not deprive the lives of some creatures with the fascist logic of the stronger.
These other are the killers, they must be accountable.
Against the thousands of babies who, with their consent, are slaughtered raw and unconscious in the name of love, and in the name of a god.
And if some of them would call the slaughter of the lamb at Easter as a symbol of honor to Christ, who was crucified for us, I would answer them that Christ chose it alone, but nobody asked the lamb.
We, therefore, who stand on the opposite side, the observers of this shameful and unjust slaughterhouse of this day, are not alone, we are many.
A billion vegetarians and vegans live on the planet, a billion people who refuse to fill their stomachs with animal corpses.
And every day we grow stronger.
“Do not kill” says the fifth commandment and up to date it concerns only murder of human beings.
We have extended this commandment and also kept it for non-human animals.
That’s why we will give lives in this Easter, in this year again, we will not waste lives because of some ‘tradition’.
Consequent with the rules of an anti-racist ethics that recognizes and respects the right to life, freedom, joy for every living being.

From today; 22/3; there will be NO MORE appeals on SAV.
If people want to give anything, then they go to SAV Facebook and do it independently.
For years (like 12) we have tried to ask Serbian groups and shelters to unite and fight against the corrupt and illegal actions of the Serbian government and authorities.
When people see a fight against the illegal system then maybe they will give money to help the shelters.
People will not give, and give, and give; only to see very little united fight in return. This way it will never change – shelters keep asking for money; expecting people to donate; and yet they do not get together to form an opposition to the corrupt and illegal activities happening in Serbia.
From now there will be no more appeals on SAV unless we see Serbian shelters and campaigners unite against the government. 12 years of asking for this and we have not really got anywhere.
From now, SAV (this site) will possibly only be producing new data once or twice a week. We are fed up doing a lot on the site for very little positive action. There is no point us trying to do appeals and petitions etc when we see nothing in the way of return action. Is this not what caused a lot of German organisations to call it a day in Serbia over the years ?
From now- things change at SAV.
This post will stay as the header page for ?? – we are now in no rush to do any updates or appeals.
They don’t seem to get any real response; so what is the point ?

22/3/18. Appeal update.
Regarding our recent appeal to help KUCI, KIKI and LELA:
We have now managed to secure help for the dogs through to the end of April.
Here is a mail we have had from Jasna; we have edited the mail to remove names of helpers / donors:
Pozdrav Mark,
thank you for the appeal. I wrote to them (German donors) and with gratitude asked whether I can use that donation for April because it will definitely be the same and necessary. They were arranged so I will use it to actually cover the March and the announcement will remain for March to reach April… you’ve helped me a lot and now it can be a bit easier.
I’ll publicly thank everyone on the group because I’m very grateful for the help.
So, March and April will be covered.
So now we have managed (with the help of a very specific few donors) to secure help for the dogs through until the end of April.
But we are very unhappy that despite the appeal going out on SAV and also SAV Facebook; effectively reaching over 1300 members on Facebook and around 300+ supporters on SAV EACH DAY; we only got donations from 2 supporters ! – Bilkis Satar and Thordur Gislason.
We thank them very much for their kind help – Thordur always gives a very worthwhile amount and he donates to many appeals very regularly; so we thank him for his support once again.
All we asked was that people give a few Euros to help save lives – donate instead of buying that take away coffee in the morning for example – what 2,3 or 4 Euros ? – small amounts that would have all added up to help save lives. Instead; we got very little support apart from ourselves and the 2 people mentioned above. The rest we had to cover ourselves and with a combined response via a specific German supporters who wishes to remain anonymous.
One really has to ask if it is worth taking time to put together all the appeals on SAV and SAV Facebook when nobody can be bothered to give anything back in return to help. Yes, people expect to come to the site and see new posts there all the time; which is all compiled on a voluntary basis; and which takes time and effort. We do it to try and raise attention of animal issues; and for all our work we get nothing in return – animals continue to be hungry and they continue to be cold and in need of forever homes.
Is the response the same for all the petitions we publish ? – nothing ?
Where are all the ‘animal people’ – the visitors and members of SAV Facebook ?
Donating the price of a cup of coffee to help save lives is not too mush to ask, is it ?
Please, next time we do appeals; do not leave the task of sorting the problem to just a few – give a little; and together the ‘littles’ add up quickly to reach the desired amount.

Here is a documentary about the Horror House of Pigs on six floors, in Halle, Germany.
I’ve translated the text from the video, so everyone understands what it’s about.
The following text accompanies the video recordings made by the association “German Animal Protection Office” (Deutsches Tierschutzbüro) in the pig tower in Maasdorf / Halle since 2013:
“Imagine being locked up in a high-rise against your will, you cannot move or turn around. The only change you have is a step back and a step back. The story and the description of video.
End of the sixties in the former German Democratic Republic (DDR) the pig high-rise was built as a prestige object.
Today it is the only high-rise building for pigs in Germany and in Europe at all. It is located on Maasdorf, in Halle.
3000 pigs are being kept under illegal and horror conditions.
A veterinarian said, “Such pictures belong to the prosecutor. They make me angry “.
In 2013, the chairman of the association “German Animal Protection Office” Jan Peifer went for the first time to the pig high-rise, in Maasdorf, and documented the hell in which 3000 pigs live.
“The pigs had absolutely no room to stretch out, they could not even turn. They could only lie “.
In 2015/2016, the animal rights activists released the horror pictures from the video. The cause for sharp headlines: “mess in pig high-rise building”, “Officially prescribed animal abuse?” “Shock videos from the pig high-rise”!
Green Agriculture Minister Claudia Dalbert gets the videos in front of her eyes. She said in an interview: “I can tell you that under my aegis, it can no longer be tolerated. A lookout must not give “!! Until today has not happened.

On 25.01.2018 it was tried to kill 15 piglets the way you can see on the video.
Operator of the yard is the HET GmbH.
Stern TV, who aired the video on March 14th at 10:00 pm, tried to get in touch with the managers of the pig high-rise building.
Jan Peifer, together with the journalist, tried to obtain information from the central office of the company. “There is no responsible person today” says the woman at the window!!! (Video) “We do not give any comments anyway, you do not need to bring that shit on TV, and you can turn off the camera.” Angrily she slams the window and shows the middle finger to the people, although she knows that the interview is on TV.
The skyscraper specializes in the production of pigs.
The documents show how the farm operates on 6 floors: up to 500 pigs with their piglets per floor fit and are transported by lifts.
On the second floor they are artificially inseminated.
Then they come to the fifth floor, where they are kept with other pregnant pigs. One week before the calculated birthday, they either come to the 4th or the 6th floor, to farrow !!!
In these tight boxes, they give birth to their piglets.
They suckle for the next few weeks, after which they are taken to the 1st or 3rd floor, along with others and kept in groups, until they are finally sold.
But where?
It is pointed out that the company operates another business called “Genesus Deutschland GmbH”! – This company specializes in production and distribution of pigs. On their company page, they advertise with images, such as those you see in the video on minute 7:38.
But the video recordings from the skyscraper show a different reality.
From minute 7:58 you can see how the piglets are born. You can see from 8:02 minutes what will become of the animals when they are just born: their feet are stuck in the holes, they cannot get out alone, but no co-worker is there to help. The animal rights activists were able to free some. You can see piglets that could not free themselves from the amniotic sac. Piglets who die!
The operator of HET GmbH does not want to comment on these allegations.
Inquiries to interviews remain unanswered.
In an interview in 2014, the operator assured that all regulations are met, and speaks of “control without end” !!!
From minute 9:05 we see the “control without end” !!!
From this point on, you can hear and see how employees still deal with the animals to this day.
In German it is insulting expressions that are difficult to translate.
One sees the injuries to the body of the animals, which are caused with a spatula, also an illegal method for animal driving.
The veterinarian ends her participation in the interview, with the words: “the respect for the animal is not here at all. The case belongs to the prosecutor”.

The Directorate-General (DG SANTE) has been set up to improve the health and safety of European citizens and to boost consumer confidence.
But only now does DG SANTE remember that there has been a regulation since 1/2005 that clearly states how animal transport should be done?
No! Of course not! – For the EU Commission is much too smart! Now the anger of the population has become strong fury against the irresponsibility, the inaction, the ignorance of the animal transport authorities.
And soon the EU elections will come.
That is why the Directorate-General has downgraded animal transport to a school subject.
For those who did not know that there has been an EU animal transport regulation since 2005, now they have a chance to know!!
These General Conditions for the Transport of Animals have been in place since Regulation 1/2005 was introduced some 14 years ago:
-The animals must be transportable!
-qualified staff
-Transport as short as possible, without delay
-sufficient floor space and standing height
-Suitability of means of transport
-suitable loading and unloading equipment
-the needs of the animals must be taken into account
– adequate care of the animals
Non-transportable animals are:
Injured animals and animals with physiological weaknesses or pathological conditions these are particular
-Animals that cannot move painlessly or without assistance or have large open wounds / severe organ prolapse
-Perient animals in advanced gestational age (90% or more)
-Mothers whose birth was less than 7 days ago
– Newborn mammals whose umbilical wound has not yet completely healed.
-All this is well known, at least for those who have made videos that prove anything but compliance with the rules.
And now we come to the central question: why this farce?
Why the degradation of the problem to a shameful principle: “we have done everything to inform the public.”?
DG SANTE has 42 departments, with DG G alone, 8 departments.
All these are paid to tell us that “the egg has a yellow centre”?
What does the Directorate-General think we are, stupid?
For years manure has been documented in animal transports of organizations and activists: surplus driving hours, injured animals while driving, no water, no food, no doctor, no compliance with EU Regulation 1/2005.
So what’s the popeye version of the thing?
But the smart management has thought of all these questions
Theoretically, this farce video is meant for truck drivers.

Gentlemen, a shame is the EU Commission, including DG SANTE, all that is a shame!!

The fight for the rights of animals is the fight for life.
Dear Mark,
This text is dedicated to all who fight every day for the rights of animals, for a better world for animals.
My personal thoughts and feelings may also touch other activists.
I hope so.
At the end of each month I make a statement: I look back and see a bunch of animals that I could not save.
The suffering of the animals destroys me, I admit it.
The exploitation, the injustice, the indifference of others, the stupidity.
Every day a fight that drag me to the limit of despair, hopelessness.
The only thing I master perfectly is the mourning.
This fight has left its tracks.
I got hard.
The crimes have made me hard.
I do not compromise, I do not forgive killers.
I have learned to count on my powers, not to trust anyone.
Only the practice teaches me hope.
Without hope there is no fight.
Without fight there is no hope.
“Who fights can lose. Who does not fight has already lost”!
I learned to lose but not to give up.
I’ve learned to set limits, priorities, where is a path, where does it end, where are my own limits.
I have learned that my fight is what sets me apart from the others.
I see this difference in the eyes of those who stare at me with gratitude, in their faces, I hear that in their cries.
I see that in the faces of those I managed to save.
In the moments of despair, I remember all the lives I have saved, the joy in their faces, how many animals I have given the right to live.
These are moments full of love, liberation, moments of justice.
The joy in the eyes of the animals that I have saved, that makes the difference.
That gives an answer to all questions.
For my own existence, which confirms it and gives it meaning.
I know why I live and that without me less hope, less joy would be for our fellow animals.
Bertold Brecht said: “He who has rights is respected. Who has no rights is despised “.
We do not despise anyone, we fight for everyone’s rights.Our fight has the aim of recognizing animal rights.
And this fight deserves every sacrifice, every pain, every effort.
It is the fight for life.
Because we love life.
