Slavica has made the world a better place for animals.
If her animal friends knew she isn’t there anymore, they would come to her deathbed and cry.
She did a lot for them and she would have continued to do so even though her strength had already given way.
Because she knew it: the best motivation for not giving up is to continue doing everything to reduce animal pain and suffering.
The world is poorer after the death of such people.
They have not only consumed goods and generated garbage, but they have done something worthwhile for those who have no rights, for the defenseless.
They never betrayed their friends, the animals.
They are people who have done their best, everything they could, and if they had one more life to go, they would give it to make this world a better place for the animals.
“It’s not about the theoretical question of whether life has meaning. It’s about the practical question of what meaning we give it” said Margit Spira
Slavica had given the right meaning to her life.
We are sad, infinitely sad.
We promise that we will continue the fight and, like you, will do everything we can for those you loved and protected, for the animals.

In Germany, up to 50 million male chicks are killed each year on the first day of their lives because they are not profitable for the egg industry.
They cannot lay eggs and they put on meat much more slowly and less than chickens that are specially bred for meat production.
These so-called ones– day-old chicks are mostly suffocated by gas or shredded alive.
Germany and France aim to phase out this practice by the end of 2021.
Until then, new technologies for sex determination in the egg should be available (in-ovo sex determination).
In order to increase the pressure on international politics and to end the cruel chick killing as widely as possible, our colleagues from Animal Equalityin Italy, Spain, and Brazil have now started a campaign.
The aim is to convince the respective governments of the countries to set a good example, to find alternatives, and to subsidize them financially.
There are already different approaches for alternatives to chick killing. A basic distinction is made between three alternatives:
the above-mentioned gender determination in the egg, the rearing of male chicks for meat production (broiler fattening mast) and the breeding of so-called dual-use breeds.
Both the fattening of the rooster cocks and the “dual-use chicken” are already practiced to a certain extent, especially by organic farms.
However, only every tenth egg in Germany comes from organic farming and not all of these farms do without killing the male chicks. The percentage of eggs for which no male chick was killed is therefore negligible.
Buying eggs support not only financially the cruel killing of male chicks. The female chicks also suffer almost unimaginable torments.
As so-called laying hens, they are used for the production of eggs. With a laying performance of around 300 eggs per year, they have to achieve completely unnatural high performance.
Therefore, the most effective way to reduce the suffering of all chicks is by eating a plant.
We can all make a conscious decision against animal agony and remove eggs from our menu. Try it!
And I mean…The walls have long been made of glass. An enormous number of undercover investigations have created this transparency, which is even broadcast by the public media.
But meat consumption is increasing.
Worldwide meat consumption has quintupled in the past 50 years.
Germany is not only one of the largest meat producers, but also one of the largest milk producers worldwide. Subsidized with tax money!
Germany produces 8 million tons of meat every year!
While in the Third World and according to UN statistics, 43,000 children die of hunger every day. Per day!
Why?
Because the West feeds its “useful” animals with the grain.
All of this is already known, and at some level, we know the truth.
But as soon as we recognize this reality and recognize our meat consumption as the main cause of animal suffering and the climate catastrophe, we have to take responsibility and radically change our actions.
But that’s exactly what we don’t want to do.
In this sense, this fascist system of the meat and milk mafia has done an excellent indoctrination work and made 7 billion human specimens its collaborators.

“New footage was taken by Glass Walls operatives last weekend, but we bet you have seen this all before. It’s because the same breeding practices are used everywhere in the world and all nations are equally responsible”.
And I mean…No animal in this world deserves to live like this.
Factory farming is nothing more than organized crime, a legalized crime.
They are simply the criminals, the meat industry and their clients, the meat-eaters.
Most people are shocked when they see pictures from animal barracks and reject factory farming.
Nevertheless, the conditions are tolerated.
The media participate; that covers corrupt politicians and the meat industry because that’s an unpopular issue that shames so many people who consume animal meat.
Even so, most people eat meat and other animal products who made in exactly these facilities with this suffering.
Law philosopher Gary Francione called this moral schizophrenia.
What is meant is that our beliefs and our behavior contradict each other.
But after all, everyone serves this system with his consumption.
It is the system of maximum financial gain through the maximal legalized exploitation of defenseless.
No more and no less.

“If something is really important, you do it, even if the odds are not in your favor”.
The question is whether you want to tell your grandchildren that they can only see a certain animal species as an image in a book or on a computer or on TV because you didn’t have the courage to get up and change something.
There are already many animal species in our oceans that are extinct or are on the brink of extinction.
Without organizations like Sea Shepherd, who patrol the waters in collaboration with many governments and at the forefront, illegal fishing could wipe out many more species.
It is the short-sightedness and greed of a few who drive this development, but it is the large mass of people who watch and make it happen.
As far as we know, there are now less than 30 bottlenose dolphins in the Gulf of Mexico. Most of their fellows were killed as by-catches in the networks of illegal fishermen.
There are only around 55 Maui dolphins and less than 9000 Hector dolphins left off the coast of New Zealand. This means a decline of 80-90% of the stock in the past 50 years, mainly due to death from fishing nets and lines.
Both species have a very slow reproductive rate, with sexual maturity only being reached at 7 to 9 years. They have a calf only every 2 to 4 years and suffer from a high mortality rate among newborns.
What can you do? –
In addition to refraining from eating seafood, you can submit petitions to strengthen marine parks and the legal protection of all marine life. Call for compliance with and enforcement of all existing laws against illegal, unregulated, and undocumented fishing.
Support organizations like Sea Shepherd that are at the forefront of IUU fishing and poaching.
Decide now to make a change because tomorrow it might be too late.
OPERATION MILAGRO to protect bottlenose dolphins is carried out by Sea Shepherd in the USA and OPERATION PAHU to protect the Maui and Hector dolphins by Sea Shepherd in New Zealand.
Sea Shepherd, Germany
And I mean…”You are not only responsible for what you do, but also for what you don’t do”.
So I had read it somewhere.
When I made a conscious decision to fight for animal rights and do everything possible to combat injustice against the “other” animals, my mother asked me one day:
“YOU will save the world?”
Today I can answer: “Yes! who else?”
Those who fight can lose, but those who don’t fight have already lost.
Around July 3, 2020, in France, we, anti-speciesist activists, managed to exfiltrate 7 ducks from a foie gras farm and place them where they will never be considered as anything but people again.
We were dropped off near the farm where these ducks were kept. The driver then drove away with the car, because parking for a long time in the middle of a usually deserted road at night we knew that we risked attracting the attention of a police patrol or other people who could have passed by.
We then crossed crop fields to avoid passing in front of the house of the humans who are exploiting them …
When we finally arrived at the place where the duck shelters are, we came face to face with… nothingness. The shelters were empty…
There was no noise. No more presence. The shelters we were targeting were those of the ducks who were not yet force-fed… and obviously, we were too late.
We wondered if we should go and see the force-feeding building, which was much closer to the house of their oppressors. As we walked towards it, we could also see that one of their windows was lit. The operation then seemed difficult.
Looking around, despite the almost complete darkness of the night, we thought we saw something that looked like a shelter, further away from the others.
As we got closer we started to smell the droppings, typical of birds breeding. When we inspected the door to see if it was locked and not equipped with an alarm system, we heard the flapping of the wings of something like 40 birds panicking.
We finally found them. Well… those who had not yet been subjected to the force-feeding torture or the horror of their killing.
Several of us went inside to catch the 7 ducks to whom we had previously found a family. They then had no idea that we would take them to a place where they would no longer be considered anything other than what they are: people who should have the right not to be exploited, dominated, tortured, or killed needlessly.
We almost had to jump on them because they were so suspicious, strong, and absolutely not ready to cooperate. It is a shame that this is not enough in the face of their oppressors and that there is a need for activists like us to get them out of their hell…
After catching everyone, we contacted the person in charge of the transport by walkie-talkie so that he/she would come back to pick us up at the meeting point.
On the way back, the ducks were terrified and glued to each other to reassure themselves.
Only we knew that afterward, it would be better for them.
Only we knew that they were part of those who would live, opposed to all those who were, are and will still be in farms and slaughterhouses after this day, until the abolition of Speciesism.

Aux alentours du 3 juillet 2020, en France, nous, activistes antispécistes, avons réussi à exfiltrer 7 canards d’un élevage de foie gras et les placer dans un lieu où ils ne seront plus jamais considérés comme autre chose que des personnes.
And I mean…A tube is rammed into the animals’ throats up to 6 times a day, through which they are fed with lard and corn so that the liver swells to 10 times its natural size within a very short time.
Mechanized systems force-feed around 400 animals per hour!
The animals have to live in small cages during their desolate life, which consists only of stress and agony.
Towards the end of their far too short life, the animals can no longer walk due to their high-fat content, because their bodies have become so heavy that they can no longer carry them with their legs. They also suffer from constant asphyxiation, which is caused by overfat.
Since the male chicks put fat on the ducks and geese faster, only these are “needed” for the foie gras production. Therefore, the female chicks are shredded and ground just a few hours after birth.
Foie gras belongs to the “national and gastronomic cultural heritage” of France – this is enshrined in the Agriculture Act!!
On behalf of the animals, many thanks to the liberators of the animals.

In the early hours of the 25th June 2020,ALF Irelandmembers entered the country estate of Castledillon which resides in County Armagh.
This estate is used as a duck-hunt excursion by the family who owns the land. There is one area within the estate in which ducks are encouraged to ‘house’ themselves so that they are in the right locations in the day time for people to shoot.
The ALF Ireland activists took it upon themselves to relocate the thirty-five ducks that were in the vicinity at that point in time, but believe there are possibly more than 200 residing in the estate.
These ducks were then moved to a private pre-agreed location in which they have their own lake, free from maniacs pointing guns at them.

Two hunt huts were also gutted and dismantled on the grounds of the property.
The Castledillon Estate have their own website in which people can book hunt excursions on their land – in season – in which we would like to see taken down or dismantled in the same way their physical attributes on the estate were dismantled.
The ALF Ireland activists will not cease their actions against the Castledillon Estate until all the ducks are relocated and the owners cease using animals to satisfy people’s blood lust.
Until all are free, none are free. Tiochfaidh ár lá.
