VERY URGENT- 30 UK Ponies in danger of slaughter- needing rescue placements or homes asap

DEADLINE- before 19th December- otherwise they will be slaughtered for meat!!!!

SWAP team UK have received an emergency appeal tonight for 30 lovely Ponies in danger of slaughter in the UK.

We are asking all our supporters for help with this very special appeal, please see below. Shy Lowen Horse and Pony sanctuary in Merseyside (UK) have a short window of opportunity to get these ponies into homes or into sanctuarys before they are slaughtered, they have until the 19th December to do this. The ponies are unhandled. Please help all you can to save these precious lives by reading the appeal below, including full contact details and their website, you can also make a donation on the link below, their charity number is-1122891.

Subject: ponies needing placements or homes

Hi,

On 5th December over 100 Welsh Mountain ponies ranging from this years foals to 2 year olds were auctioned at Conway, N Wales. 67 of the ponies were not sold and originally an agreement was made by the breeder to sell them at £3 each to the meatman. They were to be collected on Monday 7th December. The Meatman didn’t turn up and we have a short window of opportunity to get these ponies into homes or into sanctuarys. There are currently 30 who have not got anywhere to go and the farmer has extended the time we have to place them to 19th December. The ponies are unhandled.

The ponies are subject to a deposition order and have to be microchipped for passporting at a cost of £15.00 each before we can move them.

What we need is homes or placements (even if this is temporary) for the ponies, help with transport and funds to cover the microchipping, gelding and passporting.

I was rescued from under a truck at kalkshetra.
I am looking for a loving home to take me in.

This adorable little kitten, has the most beautiful green eyes, he is very clean and makes sure he remains so.

He loves to curl up in the funniest positions and fall asleep. The most curious little creature i know and loves to camouflage himself between the plants..

And most importantly he loves being cuddled!

hi friends,

I had sent email about 6 kittens who need homes urgently. they are still there for adoption.

2 female kittens with taher, around 4 months old. he has to give them away as his mother is not too happy with them. thankfully, he is not willing to just leave them anywhere and has agreed to keep till we get a good home, but that cant be for too long.

4 more kittens with sherina at andheri. they are 2 months old have to be given away since she is shifting in a new house and cant keep them with her. if not adopted soon, these will have to be sent at a shelter.

the owners do care for the kittens and have tried to get them adopted, but have not succeeded, so they need help. please pass on the email and pics to everyone who mayb interested in adopting a furry little friend for life.

hi people,

recently 2 people contacted me and i think that they are just doing time pass, so a warning email to friends who are into pup adoption.

there is a guy called Prakash Agrahari who emailed me asking details of a pup and when i emailed the details and asked if he wants to see and pick it up, he replied asking me what my profession is and what i do etc. since what i do in personal life is not related to anything i do for animals, i sent him a reply n he sent me a stupid one.

so if he has contacted any of u for the same reason, please be aware. his cell no is- 982xxxx3050

second is a girl who called me on wednesday. she said she saw my ad on some website, she didnt remember the name, but she said she wanted a lab pup. i told her that the ones a have are local and she asked what i mean. so i told her that they are stray pups who are being taken care of by people and healthy. she askd me what the price for them would be and i replied that they are free of cost, but she wud have to pay for vaccination and sterilisation. then she said that she wants a lab and if i can help her, i said no n put the phone down. today morning, i again got a call, but from a different no. girl on phone asked if i had any german shephard pups for sale. i realised that its the same girl from the way she was speaking (she cudnt speak in english properly and made grammatical mistakes) so i shouted that i have told her yersterday itself and i dont want to receive more calls. she stays at vashi and mayb use the animl for breeding. on asking, she didnt even mention her name, so guys please beware. the girl called me from these nos- 672xxx90 and 992xxxx984

i m not sending complete nos so people dont misuse and call, but if u receive any calls from these nos, you know what to do.

“At Shimla due to one dog bite case in a child, the Hon’ble High Court of HP has ordered the Municipal Corporation to remove all the stray dogs from the Shimla town and to impound them in a shelter. I have a two-month old mixed breed puppy for adoption. She literally followed me
back to work yesterday. She looks mostly lab. She’s a smart, healthy vibrant
little girl who loves to cuddle and give kisses. She’s also very cute. I have
already started teaching her sit, paw and to walk on lead. she is a quick
study.

I would like to keep her but my dog, a major bully to puppies, will be joining
me soon in Delhi. I just took her for shots and her first check-up. All her
medical records are in order. I am looking for a good dog owner who is
committed to giving this beautiful little girl a good long-term home.
