Romania 14/12/11 Latest News – Romanian Constitutional Court Postpone Debating Dog Killing Law Until January – But More Mails Required Please.

For the moment, good news!

The debating/voting by the Romanian Constitutional Court of PL912 for the reintroducing mass euthanasia of dogs was postponed until 11th January “in view of studying better the documents received” as the judges mentioned.

FNPA and Pet Hope association in collaboration with lawyers in constitutional law, we elaborated the WRITTEN CONCLUSIONS comprising the most unconstitutional elements argued in details and, after signing by deputies we sent to 2 days ago to Constitutional Court.

We also handed a petition with 51000 signatures of Romanian citizens.

Other thousands of signatures, protests and letters have been sent from whole Romania and from other countries.

The judges also mentioned to mass media they received a lot of protests from all over the world.
