Whole last year Fur Farming leading group UNO lobby tried to stop the ban, but thanks to absolute chaos in the parliament, it simply did not happen. Ministry of Agriculture and corrupted members of Parliament from the leading party, SNS, will try to change current Animal Welfare Law this year, but Animal Welfare organizations must not allow it. We don’t expect this Ban to be reinforced in the atmosphere of the instability and lawlessness and incredible corruption. However, this is huge step.

Brussels is finally mobilizing

Belgium outlaws Muslim and Jewish animal slaughtering practices
…”in Belgium the law is above religion and that will stay like that.”
Of course it’s an archaic, a barbaric method of slaughtering, the shafts. And I’m sure: progressive, enlightened Muslims and Jews would be against it.
Brussels has decided correctly.
But such good decisions need to be extended.
Also in the European area, in the slaughterhouses, methods are practiced, which are often worse than the shafts.
The last undercover investigations of the organization SOKO (Germany) proved it.
It is therefore urgent that Brussels requires video surveillance of all slaughterhouses by law.
Because only then can good decisions be controlled in practice.

Milk is unhealthy! That’s what Canada’s government claims. The country is currently working on its dietary guidelines. In the future, citizens should therefore largely refrain from using products such as milk, butter and cream. And the new food pyramid looks pretty vegan!

Happy Chinese pig year!

On February 5, 2019, the year in Cina will be the Year of the Pig, until January 24, 2020. A pig; that brings happiness, prosperity and satisfaction !!
The hospitals in the capital expect a record of more than 100,000 births for the first time, China is gearing up for a new baby boom. Millions of young women really want to have a baby this year. Because on the 5th of February the “Year of the Pig” begins, which is considered particularly lucky. …
Perhaps, for the anniversary of the pig year, the Chinese built a 13-story slaughterhouse in 2018, the largest “pig breeding facility” in the world. And China’s westbound exports are on high gear, of course!
