Class of 2017: Our Summer Studentships
We are delighted to announce that this year we will be funding 15 Summer Studentships to support young scientists in laboratories across the country.
The students will be conducting cutting-edge, animal free research into a range of diseases from prostate cancer to Parkinson’s disease, using a wide range of techniques that include cell culture, gene editing and computational modelling.
This work will help to replace animals such as mice, rabbits and pigs, and help embed the importance of animal free research in the minds of young scientists.
You will be able to follow their progress on our Facebook page.
If you would like to help fund more animal free research, please make a donation today.
Thank you for your support!
