He lives in BRASOV – Brasov County Romania and….takes pride in having killed tens of thousands of dogs with the BLESSING, the APPROVAL and the PROTECTION of Romanian officials
Flavius Barbulescu has made a living from KILLING STRAY DOGS….with his team of dog killers ( or dog catchers….in Romania is it almost the same thing….)

Many notes and articles have been written about him on the internet….YET he LIVES HAPPILY and much more than COMFORTABLY , from KILLING DOGS, protected by the Mayor of Brasov, by the Police of Brasov and even by the COURTS in Brasov, because Barbulescu Flavius has 8 legal complains filed against him and tens of other reports, at the DSVSA, ANSVSA and Police….YET NOBODY TOUCHES HIM and his ” men”

Well…well….guess what….he is The President of the newly created “direction=agency” DMPA which is formed by 9 towns surrounding the city of Brasov. DMPA would mean in English the ” Association for the Monitoring and PROTECTION of ANIMALS….wow…These town halls ( Codlea, Sacele, Rasnov, Predeal,Sanpetru, Halchiu, Harman, GHimbav, Cristian and Bran ) receive from the Government a certain amount of money, every year, to manage the stray dogs population in their towns …Actually, around 50,000 Euro per town…and what do they do ? they contracted the services of SGPA Brasov ( The Service for the Management of Animals ) to catch and take to shelters in Brasov – STUPINI and RASNOV – the dogs….GUESS WHO is the boss of SGPA ????????? Yes, the same FLAVIUS BARBULESCU….So…money from the budget goes to the company led by Barbulescu, who kills 99,99 of all dogs they pick up from the streets in Brasov and those other 9 towns….

Dear Mark,

Just over a month ago my heart sank as I opened an email from a brave Egyptian veterinarian. He was seeking our help after witnessing horrendous abuses of Australian cattle in Egypt.

He described terrified animals having their eyes stabbed, tendons slashed, throats brutally cut open and being butchered alive. Their ordeal was exposed nationally tonight on ABC’s 7.30 program.

It was the worst kind of déjà vu. I had been to Egypt before, in 2006, and he could just as easily have been describing the same horrors that shut down the trade with Egypt then.

I immediately travelled to Egypt with a co-investigator to speak to Dr Abdelwahab and to gather further evidence.

The problem was much bigger than initially thought. The cruelty witnessed was systemic. Australia’s live export industry had purpose-built two supposed ‘state of the art’ abattoirs that were being used to abuse and brutally slaughter Australian animals. Once again — the live export trade has been exposed for knowingly supplying animals to extreme cruelty.

I have no doubt that if these animals could speak, they would be asking: Why? Why should any animal be stabbed in the eye — for the mistakes of the live export industry? Why has this industry decided that it is acceptable for exported animals to have their throats cut while fully conscious? And why, when countless animals have suffered these same abuses in Egypt in the past, are we seeing history repeat itself in 2013?

Terrified animals making desperate efforts to escape after having their throats cut open; others with eyes stabbed; leg tendons slashed; and being butchered while still alive… This is the nightmare endured by animals who were exported live from Australia to Egypt. If it weren’t for the brave actions of one Egyptian vet who alerted Animals Australia, this cruelty may have gone completely unchallenged.

Tragically this systemic abuse occurred under the close watch of Australia’s live export industry — inside the ‘closed-loop’ facilities of Sokhna and Ismailia. These two locations represent the entire Egyptian live export supply chain and has been lauded by industry as ‘state of the art’. But when Animals Australia revealed that we had obtained footage from inside these facilities, the industry immediately and loudly announced a temporary trade suspension. Yet just days later, live exporters are already making moves to re-open the live export trade to Egypt — and send more animals to be killed in these same abattoirs. We cannot let this happen.

Animals shouldn’t have to pay the price for the fact that the live export trade cannot be trusted to protect them from extreme cruelty. Please take urgent action to demand that animals never again be sent to these cruel destinations, and tell our political leaders to end the cruelty of live export, forever.

Without eyes, his sexual member ripped with a knife and burned on the back was located in Colonia Gomez Morin (Ensenada Baja California Mexico) an stray dog that was tortured by “humans”.

Hector Manuel Lopez Carrillo the person in charge of Canine Care Center explained that the dog is a stray, has no name, this dog that one time was white was found by staff of the center in the worst conditions. They indignantly reported the event due to the cruelty that this animal was attacked with.

The dog was on the main street of Colonia Gomez Morin, awaiting death, blind and very hurt, when they picked him up and moved him to the center, where he is since Monday.

This is the first time an animal is detected in these conditions, with obvious marks of torture, by one or more people who “apparently” gouged out his eyes, burned his back with a cigarette lighter and finally removed his penis with a knife or stabs.

The person in charge said that it is the first time that the center has reached an animal with such traces of torture.

He added that they daily collect injured animals and in poor condition because they are sick or have been run/hit by cars, but in this case the evidence of torture, made the drivers to see the dog and report the matter to the Director of Medical Services.

This Tuesday they even doubted if it was better to put him to sleep or attempt to rescue, but he is suffering a lot and could be very difficult to rehabilitate without pain, plus he is completely blind.

He disclosed that there had been cases of animal in bad conditions but not that tortured, he acknowledged that unfortunately there is no law to protect them. Even when citizens have animals in an abusive situation, there is no law that obligates them to surrender their pets. If the dogs are in their property, the rescue cannot enter by force because their work is on the street.

PLEASE HELP ANGELITO SIGNING THIS PETITION because stray dogs such as Angelito deserve to be treated with respect. Whoever did this to him has to pay! This is such a horrible crime! Angelito is an innocent creature. The government needs to be severe with this kind of crimes!

Lubhu, April 12, 2013 – Animal Nepal’s working equine outreach team today was shocked to find a grave case of animal abuse in New Bhairab brick factory in Lubhu, Lalitpur.

A mule, which was literally worked to death, died this morning from deep trauma saddle wound on its back. The wounds were so severe that the mule’s spine and vertebrae were exposed.

Donkey Sanctuary India’s managing vet Ramesh Kumar said he had never come across such a serious case of equine abuse. “I am deeply saddened to see the conditions of equines in Kathmandu’s brick factories, and vow to do whatever possible to improve their lives,” said Dr Kumar.

Already 15 equines died in a similar manner in the factory since December.

Over 30% of surviving 47 equines suffer from malnutrition, saddle wounds, blindness or other injuries.

Animal Nepal’s team of paravets is presently being trained in wound management, PRA methods, hoof cutting and tooth rasping.

Animal Nepal, apart from providing training to equine owners and child handlers, conduct regular mobile clinics in brick factories. The organisation has launched a campaign to improve the conditions of ‘brick donkeys’.

England: Finally, The Government Bows To Public Pressure and Introduces A Ban On Wild Animals Used In Circuses.

Finally, after so many hard years of campaigning, public consultations etc, which always seemed to be ignored despite their overwhelming public support (94%) for a complete ban, we now have a deadline set by the UK government. Always viewed as taking sides with the circus owners, the UK government has (in our view) now been forced to accept that the British public DO NOT want to see wild animals being used in pathetic circus acts in England.

Despite the end being December 2015, this now gives UK animal welfare organisations plenty of time to ensure that all the animals are re-homed in much better environments, and do not have to spend each and every day of their very sad lives chained and cramped in the back of a circus trailer.

Brilliant news, and we celebrate for the animals !

Well done everyone who worked so hard on this issue for so many years – now we see good triumph over evil.

Vivisection is the practice of animal experimentation. This can include administering drugs, infecting with diseases, poisoning for toxicity testing, brain damaging, maiming, blinding, and other painful and invasive procedures. It can include protocols that cause severe suffering, such as long-term social isolation, full-body restraint, electric shocks, withholding of food and water, or repeatedly breeding and separating infants from mothers.

Essentially, it is using animals in ways that cause distress and/or death in attempts to test the safety of drugs and biological products or of finding treatments, prevention, or cures for human diseases. However, results derived from the animal model are not valid or relevant for humans. Imagine spending your entire life as a hospital patient or prisoner – this will only begin to approximate the life of an animal in a laboratory. Animals in labs live stressful, unnatural lives of daily confinement and deprivation. They spend their life in barren cages, unable to exert their will, make choices, or express their natural behaviors and needs. Most never experience fresh air or sunshine, only bars and concrete.
