Hi Mark,

In attachment (below) is, today (2/10/14) received , an Answer from President of Serbia, Mr.Tomislav Nikolic Kabinet.

He wrote that he – the President, cannot take direct action because his rights as President are bordered by The Constitution; but he has sent our charge against the Republic Veterinary Inspection Krusevac: to Ministry of Agriculture and ask them to act and to inform EPAR about actions.
