‘Chapelane Tom’ raced at Oxford, Milton Keynes and Limerick in Ireland.
Greyhound Crusaders/SWAP team UK have recently been alerted to a greyhound called ‘Chapelane Tom’ (racing name) who was dumped in Croydon (UK) in Mid-July and was taken to a dog pound where he was given the standard seven days before being put to sleep. Luckily he was rescued and is now safe in a foster home. Tom was underweight and had some rotten teeth which have now been extracted, we are pleased to report he is very happy and doing well. He has also been neutered.
CAN YOU HELP US?
We are now appealing for more info on this case and wish to find the previous owner who abandoned him and bring them to justice.
Do you recognise this dog?
Do you know the previous owner?
Tattoo numbers are AH TIA which indicates he is Irish bred.
Please help us to trace the previous owner of this poor dog who could have ended up in a chest freezer dead!! All info given to us will be treated in the strictest of confidence.
Thank you
