There is a global need to reduce stray animal populations. This can and will only be achieved by humane sterilisation programmes adopted by nations who are troubled by large numbers of stray animals.
These countries need to introduce their own National No Kill Sterilisation Strategy.
Catching and killing stray animals is a less effective and a more costly than sterilisation.
